DAY CAMP

MLLS Day Camps are targeted towards 1st to 6th graders and focuses on teaching fundamentals of the game and introducing important life lessons to help young players develop strong basketball skills and character.

Through positive reinforcement and motivation, campers learn basic basketball skills and concepts while they compete in fun contests and participate in dynamic drills.

At the MLLS Day Camp, young players are encouraged to work as a team as they are exposed to key skills and qualities that will help them improve and develop a love for basketball.

10:20 - 11:00 AM Camp Competitions 1 on 1, 3 on 3 and shooting contests
11:00 - 11:30 AM Team Practice teams practice with coaches
11:30 - 12:30 PM League Games competitive 5 on 5 games
12:30 - 1:00 PM Lunch food, drinks and rest
1:00 - 1:30 PM Recess Activity camp-wide playground games
1:30 - 2:00 AM Film Session inspirational basketball films
2:00 - 2:40 PM Team Stations team offense, defense coaching
2:40 - 3:40 PM League Games competitive 5 on 5 games
3:40 - 3:50 PM Guest Appearance player visits and interactions
3:50 - 4:00 PM Review wrap-up and homework assignment
