CAMP ADMINISTRATOR

Position Summary
Your primary job is to ensure quality experiences for campers, parents and all involved parties during camp. As our camp administrator, you will handle all tasks and responsibilities central to a smooth and safe day at MLLS. During the four sessions of camp, you will be the primary customer service agent for MLLS, and an important representative of the type of energy and commitment to excellence that defines our camp.

Major Responsibilities

  • Check-in campers every morning
  • Make necessary phone calls
  • Facilitate camp activities
  • Order and help serve lunch
  • Manage the Camp Store
  • Provide camp first-aid

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and experience with working with kids

Experience Needed
Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate institution.

Dates and Hours
You must be available to work, without interruptions for all eight sessions from June 14 - July 15. Day Camp sessions will run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Mondays to Thursdays. Elite Camp sessions will run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sundays. You will be required to be at the camp facilities 30 minutes before and after camp hours for staff meetings, setup and cleanup.
