SAN CARLOS, CA -- Oladele Sobomehin will return as a full-time camp coach for Session III of the 2008 program. Dele has been a camp favorite at MLLS since its inaugural summer in 2004, although he was unable to coach during the 2006 program.
In high school, Dele lettered in basketball, soccer and track at Benson Tech (Portland, OR), where he made state tournament appearances in all three sports. Dele graduated from Santa Clara University in 2005 and is currently the vice president of Esface, Inc.
Session III, which is the second Day Camp of the 2008 program, starts on July 14 and ends on July 17. The MLLS Day Camp runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and focuses on teaching fundamentals of the game and introducing important life lessons to help young players develop strong basketball skills and character.
